We are having a nurse calling weekly which is very helpful, she is offering a lot of support and the 24 hour advice line is great for queries. Excellent service and staff. Thank you.

Good communication - this particularly stands out for me and my wife. Lovely staff and volunteers. I felt like I mattered. I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Its good because it was there when needed. Because he was too frightened to die at home and thought it would be too much for me. Its good because we did not get the peace and support at the end we both needed. It could be improved by allowing relatives who have been doing all the personal care the choice and appointment to do this.

All the nurses were very helpful and enjoy my days there. I hate having to leave as I look forward to going. All the staff are brilliant, there would be nothing I would improve. I hope to go back soon.

They listen to what you have to say and tailor this answer to it - not just ticking the boxes. Sometimes have to wait when you press the call button over Bank Holiday Weekend.

Pity is is only twelve weeks, it was great for both patient and carer. So sad it is all over.
